I have to give two versions regarding what does Baccarat Rouge 540 smells like because it is such a curious juice. The first is my own experience. The second is a collection of insights from people who have bought Baccarat Rouge 540 and told another story about it.e

What Baccarat Rouge 540 smells like to me

For me, the smell goes a little further away from what the juice contains. Although it is interesting to note that others found out many listed notes, my experience went in another direction. I also have warned about how the juice can change according to the different packages in this Baccarat Rouge 540 where to buy guide.

After the third spray, I relived a distinct memory of finding myself in a greenhouse. One spring morning, I entered a greenhouse just as the sun was about to warm the central area. I had bent over a table where the farmers had placed hundreds of pots of strawberry plants. As the heat generated that sweet strawberry vapor, a warm mist of humidity rounded up the more saccharine notes with a more green and earthly aura.

Unfortunately, that experience only lasts about a few seconds. After that, the fragrance gets too close to my skin. I can’t smell anything even when I stick my nose closer to my skin.

What does Baccarat Rouge 540 smell like to others?

Disappointed by my experience, I started asking others about Baccarat Rouge 540. That is how I discovered that they had a different opinion and story about it. They also reported many notes.

The majority of the people I met told me that Baccarat Rouge 540 reminded them of candy floss. Some went deeper, telling me that it reminds them of the circus, with a sweet yet slightly burned candy floss scent with fainter smells of fruits and woods you might pick up while walking away after the show through the parking lot near a park. The most puzzling opinion I encountered came from a person who said it smelled rebellious.

These people reported performances way better of what I believed to be true. That is why I have some trust issues with the juice, as I explained in the review.

  • Honestly, I dont know what the big deal is about Baccarat Rouge, it smells like a $400 musty old cardboard box. I did not smell any of the notes people remarked on. If these luxe companies are going to keep making perfume that smells weird or doesn’t last (Jo Malone heh-hmmm) people are going to start spending more money on the knockoffs, who in my opinion, sometimes smell better than the original and often have better lasting power.
